2. We do not accept websites that engage in, promote or facilitate illegal or legally questionable activities such as pirating, hacking and spamming.

3. The code we provide you must remain intact and unchanged.

4. PayPopUp.com ad codes cannot be placed on pages that contains little or no original content.

5. PayPopUp.com pop-under windows may not be launched from a page that launches more than one additional pop window at the same time.

6. PayPopUp.com banner code must to be placed within the first 500 pixels of the top of your page.

7. Current website traffic must be at least 5,000 page views per month. Sites that are incomplete will not be accepted.

8. PayPopUp.com publishers are absolutely not allowed to have more than one account. Publishers that are discovered having more than one account may be suspended without pay.
